Salmon Burger with Honey-Horseradish Mayo

Metric Imperial Ingredients
6 6 HIGH LINER Signature Breaded Salmon Fillet Portions
12 12 tomato slices
125 mL ½ cup chopped red onion
Shredded Lettuce
6 6 burger buns, toasted
Metric Imperial Topping
125 mL ½ cup regular or light mayonnaise
10 mL 2 tsp each honey and horseradish
1 mL ¼ tsp each dry mustard and ground ginger

 
Preparation

1)  Prepare salmon fillets using package directions for barbeque.
2)  Combine topping ingredients.
3)  Assemble burgers on buns with tomatoes, onion, lettuce and mayo topping.
