Barbecue Basics for Breaded & Battered 680g Fillets
Serve these great-tasting fillets on a bun along with your favourite salad.

1. Preheat barbecue to medium heat.

2. Place frozen portions, sauce side up, on a double sheet of aluminum foil. Crimp foil
edges and carefully place on BBQ.

3. Close lid and cook as per chart below.


High Liner 680g Fillets Approximate Cooking Time
Breaded Haddock 7 minutes each side*
Breaded Sole 7 minutes each side*
Breaded Cod 8 minutes each side*
Breaded Salmon 4 minutes each side*
English Style Battered Haddock 7 minutes each side*
*or until done
 
 

Barbecued Basics for Wild Pacific Salmon in a Dill Sauce and Wild Pacific Salmon in a Roasted Garlic & Herb Sauce
These Salmon fillets are already prepared in a delicious dill sauce or roasted garlic & herb sauce which are terrific on the barbecue.

1. Preheat barbecue to medium heat.

2. Remove frozen fillets from vacuum packages. Place frozen portions, sauce side up, on a double sheet of aluminium foil.
Crimp foil edges and carefully place on BBQ.

3. Close lid and cook for about 17 minutes or until done.
