See how easy it is to enjoy seafood on the grill!

There is, quite possibly, nothing that is faster, easier and tastier than seafood on the grill. With very little pre-preparation required, you can take a tender High Liner fillet, or a skewer of fish or seafood from package to grill to plate in just minutes.

There are so many different varieties to choose from and just about any fish or your favourite seafood can easily be grilled to perfection. Even thinner, more tender fillets, like Basa, Haddock and Tilapia are delicious on the grill. Simply place frozen fillets onto a piece of oiled aluminum foil and cook according to package directions. Perhaps the hardest part about grilling, besides picking which delicious variety to enjoy for your meal, is knowing when it is done. With fish fillets or seafood like shrimps or scallops, it is done when it turns an opaque colour and flakes easily with a fork. You can enjoy your barbecued fish in whole fillets or grill skewered shrimps or scallops for a special treat that is easy enough for a weekday meal. Simply season with lemon juice and dill, or your favourite barbecue sauce, and you've got the perfect quick-to-prepare summertime meal for the whole family.
