Fish Stick Fiesta
Serves: 6 to 8

Metric Imperial Ingredients
1 1   700g pkg. HIGH LINER Frozen Fish Sticks
125 g 4 ozs   cream cheese, softened
250 mL 1 cup   regular or light sour cream
125 mL ½ cup   thick bottled salsa
125 mL ½ cup   shredded Cheddar cheese

 
Preparation
1) Bake fish sticks according to package directions.
2) In bowl, combine cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
3) Stir in salsa and cheese.
4) Serve as a dip with fish sticks.

Tip: For serving, dip can be spread in pie plate, topped with additional salsa, cheese and chopped green onion.
