Fish Stick Tacos

Metric Imperial Ingredients
8 8   HIGH LINER Frozen Fish Sticks
75 mL 1/3 cup   mayonnaise
30 mL 2 tbsp   bottled salsa
8 8   taco shells, warmed
500 mL 2 cups   shredded lettuce
1 1   tomato, diced
125 mL ½ cup   shredded Cheddar cheese

 
Preparation
1) Bake fish sticks according to package directions.
2) Combine mayonnaise and salsa; set aside.
3) Divide lettuce among taco shells.
4) Fill each taco with fish stick, dollop salsa-mayonnaise, diced tomato and shredded cheese.
5) Serve immediately.
