Finished products are regularly sampled and sent to outside certified government-approved laboratories for testing. Results are recorded in a comprehensive database, which provides us with a solid history of product integrity.

In addition, all raw materials are tested prior to being used in any further processing to ensure they meet High Liner's exacting standards. We've taken this even one step further than most seafood companies by implementing an “Enhanced Quality Management Program for Importers” (QMPI) with the Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA).

Our Quality Assurance personnel also perform regular sensory evaluations on our products to ensure they meet the high specification standards you expect from High Liner.
