2. Supplier Partnership
Once screened, High Liner’s audit team visits a potential supplier's facility and works hand-in-hand with them to:
•  Develop a manufacturing process and product specification
•  Manufacture and review prototypes to ensure that High Liner’s expectations are met

As well, High Liner personnel work on-site with the supplier to supervise the initial production run, ensuring that the product specifications are clearly understood and met.

3. Quality Control
Products and raw materials sourced by High Liner are monitored continuously and extensively throughout the manufacturing and distribution process.
•  During production, suppliers monitor all processes to ensure products meet quality and safety specifications.
•  Suppliers must also submit products to accredited third party laboratories for regular analysis.
