Lemon - Dill Mayonnaise Dip
Serves: 2 to 4

Metric Imperial Ingredients
375 ml 1½ cup mayonnaise
125 ml ½ cup Sour Cream or Plain Yogurt
75 ml 1/3 cup Snipped Fresh Dill (or 1 tbsp / 15 mL dried)
22 ml 1½ tbsp Lemon Juice
5 ml 1 tsp Grated Lemon Rind
1 ml ¼ tsp White Pepper

 
Preparation

1)   Combine all ingredients and chill. Makes about 2 cups (500 mL).
2)   Serving Suggestions : Cut red, yellow or green bell peppers in half, then, remove core and seeds. Fill halves with dip to add festive colour to an appetizer serving tray.
3)   Serve with your favourite High Liner product, cooked to package instructions.
