olive oil and lemon juice

salt and pepper

Pat fish dry with paper towels; cut fish "block" into 1-inch (2.5 cm) cubes and place in bowl.

Combine marinade ingredients and pour over fish and toss gently to coat.

Thread onto skewers and brush with marinade.

Place on greased grill over medium-high heat or under broiler; cook turning once for 5 to 7 minutes or until fish is opaque and flakes easily when tested with fork.
Tips: 1. Thicker fish fillets (such as haddock or cod) can be fully thawed, separated and cut into chunks for skewers. 2. If using wooden skewers, soak in water for at least 10 minutes to avoid charring.
