Buffalo Shrimp Lettuce Wraps

Lettuce Wraps

  • 1 box Oven Crunch® Shrimp Buffalo Style
  • 8 each Romaine Hearts Leaves
  • ½ cup Cherry Tomatoes, halved
  • ½ cup Red Onion, sliced
  • ½ cup Carrots, shredded
  • ¼ cup Cooked Bacon, chopped small
  • A few Radishes, sliced thin
  • 1 each Avocado, quartered
  • 1 cup Quinoa, cooked

Buttermilk-Chive Drizzle

  • ¾ cup Buttermilk
  • ¼ cup Mayonnaise
  • ½ cup Chives, minced
  • 2 tsp. Fresh Cracked Pepper
  1. Cook product according to package instructions.
  2. Prep and assemble veggies while shrimp cooks.
  3. Whisk half of the buttermilk into the mayonnaise to first work out lumps. Then stir in remaining ingredients for drizzle.
  4. Assemble lettuce wraps piled high with fresh vegetables and cooked shrimp. Drizzle buttermilk mixture over liberally.
