For the Fish
- 1 package Pan-Sear Selects Savoury Herb Blue Cod
 
For the Salad
- 1/4 cup Honey
 - 2 tbsp Dijon Mustard
 - 4 cup Romaine, shredded
 - 4 cup Iceberg Lettuce, shredded
 - 2 ea Canned Chickpeas, drained
 - 1 ea Canned Artichokes, drained
 - 2 cup Roasted Red Pepper Strips
 - 1/2 cup Sundried Tomatoes
 - 1 cup Grated Parmesan
 
For the Vinaigrette
- 1/2 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
 - 1/2 cup Red Wine Vinegar
 
- Prepare the Blue Cod according to your preferred package cooking instructions.
 - For the Dressing: Add the four ingredients to a small jar with a tight fitting lid. Shake well for 30-45 seconds to emulsify the dressing and reserve.
 - For the Salad: Add all ingredients to a large bowl and toss well to combine
 - To Finish: Divide the chopped chickpea salad equally between four large plates. Divide the reserved parmesan and use it to garnish the top of each salad. Top each salad with a fully cooked portion of Savoury Herb Blue Cod and enjoy!
