  • 1 box Family Favourites English Style Fillets
  • 2 tsp oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 6 cups zucchini noodles, roughly 4-5 zucchinis depending on size
  • ½ cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • Juice of 2 lemons
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  1. Preheat the oven to 450°F and place the English Style Fillets in a single layer on a baking sheet. Cook 20 minutes, flipping halfway.
  2. Heat up 2 tsp oil in a large saute pan.
  3. Add in garlic and stir until aromatic, about 2 minutes.
  4. Toss in zoodles and let cook, 4-5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Remove from heat and toss in cheese and lemon juice. Serve alongside High Liner Family Favourites English Style Fillets.
