Pan-Sear Lemon Pepper Sole With Citrus-Parmesan Brussels Sprouts

- 4 each High Liner Pan-Sear Selects Lemon Pepper Sole Fillets
- 1.5 cup Brussels Sprouts, trimmed (sliced)
- 0.5 cup Radicchio, trimmed (torn)
- 0.25 cup Parmesan (shaved)
- 0.25 cup Olive Oil
- 0.25 cup Lemon, juice
- 2 tbsp Maple Syrup
- Cook High Liner Pan-Sear Sole fillets on stove top in a sauté pan.
- In a separate pan heat olive oil and add sliced Brussel sprouts and radicchio. Sauté until soft, approx 5min and finish with lemon juice and maple syrup and parmesan.
- Season to taste and serve topped with lemon pepper sole.
