- 1 box High Liner Crispy Breaded Fish Sticks
- 4 cups kale slaw – prepackaged
- 1 avocado – sliced
- 3/4 cup sharp cheddar – grated
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ½ cup cranberry jelly (unsweetened)
- ¼ cup cider vinegar
- 6 large flour tortillas
- Cook High Liner Fish Sticks as per box directions.
- Combine mayonnaise, cranberry jelly and vinegar and use this to dress the slaw.
- Place desired amount of slaw in center of tortilla shell and top with avocado, cheese and 3- 4 pieces of fish sticks and wrap up like a burrito.
- Place each wrap on a warm skillet flap side down until nicely browned. Turn over to brown the top, slice in half and serve.
