For the Fish

  • 4 High Liner Signature Cuts Beer Battered Haddock Fillets

For the Slaw

  • 1 cup Green Cabbage, shredded
  • 0.5 cup Purple Cabbage (shredded)
  • 0.5 cup Carrots, julienne
  • 1 cup Gala Apple, sliced (sliced into matchsticks)
  • 0.5 cup Dried Cranberries

For the dressing

  • 1 cup Mayo
  • 3 tbsp Cranberry Jelly
  • 3 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp Whole Grain Mustard (grainy)
  • 2 tsp Lemon, juice
  • 2 tbsp Cranberry Juice
  1. Cook High Liner Signature Cuts Beer Battered Haddock in air fryer or oven, as per the package directions.
  2. Combine slaw ingredients in a bowl and in a separate bowl combine dressing ingredients. Pour dressing over slaw and chill.
  3. Remove fish from oven and slice if desired and serve with festive slaw.
