Mango Salsa Fish Tacos

Give the family something to taco ‘bout next Tuesday. This quick recipe will make your tacos even tastier. Throw on that apron, grab the​ kids to help and get ready to serve up some smiles. We’re not sure who likes them more – the adults or the kids? Maybe the adults.

  • 8 High Liner Crispy Breaded Fish Sticks
  • 4 small flour tortillas
  • ½ cup diced mango
  • ½ cup diced red pepper
  • ¼ cup diced red onion
  • ¼ cup rough chopped cilantro
  • 2 limes
  • ½ cup thinly sliced purple cabbage
  • 1 cup mayo​
  • 1-2 chipotle peppers
  • Kosher salt to taste
  1. Bake High Liner Crispy Breaded Fish Sticks according to package instructions.
  2. While Fish Sticks are baking, prepare the salsa, cabbage, aioli and tortillas.
  3. To make the salsa, dice mango, red pepper, red onion, and chop the cilantro. Add ingredients into a bowl and squeeze a half a lime and add a teaspoon of salt. Toss together.​
  4. Thinly slice purple cabbage and reserve.
  5. Warm tortillas in the oven or on the grill.
  6. In a food processor, add mayo, chipotle pepper, juice of half a lime and a pinch of salt. Process until smooth.​
  7. Build tacos with two High Liner Fish Sticks topped with salsa, cabbage, chipotle aioli and a squeeze of lime!
