  • 4 High Liner Signature Cuts Wild Caught Salmon Fillets
  • 1 cup sliced mango
  • 1 cup sliced cucumber​
  • 1 cup sliced carrot ​
  • 1 cup sliced cabbage ​
  • 1 cup rough chopped cilantro ​
  • 2 limes
  • Chili flakes
  • 1 tsp ginger powder

Sweet and Spicy Sauce

  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • ⅛ cup soya sauce
  • 2 tbsp togarashi spice
  • 1 tbsp chives

Peanut Sauce

  • ½ cup crushed peanuts​
  • ¼ cup black sesame seeds​
  • Chives for garnish

  1. Sweet and Spicy Sauce
  2. Whisk the following together in a bowl:
  3. ¼ cup maple syrup​
  4. ⅛ cup soya sauce
  5. 2 tbsp togarashi spice ​
  6. 1 tbsp chives
  7. Peanut Sauce
  8. Add into a blender ¾ cup natural peanut butter, 2 tbsp brown sugar, 3 tbsp soya sauce ½ cup coconut milk, juice from 1 large lime, chili flakes to taste, 1 ½ tbsp rice vinegar, 1 garlic clove, and 1 teaspoon ginger powder.
  9. Blend all ingredients. You may add a little warm water if you’d like to thin out the sauce.
  10. Salmon
  11. Coat frozen salmon with sweet and spicy sauce. Bake High Liner Signature Cuts Wild Caught Salmon Fillets according to package instructions.
  12. While salmon is cooking, thinly slice mango, cucumber, carrot, cabbage and chopped cilantro.
  13. Add ingredients into a bowl and toss with peanut sauce​.
  14. Place sliced veggies on a plate top with salmon.
  15. Garnish with chives, crushed peanuts and black sesame seeds.
  16. Drizzle extra sauce and enjoy!
