For the Sliders:
- 4 ea. Beer Battered Pollock Fillets
- 4 ea. Brioche Slider Buns
- 4 Slices Cheddar Cheese
For the Apple Slaw
- 4 Cups Green Cabbage, Julienne
- 1 Cup Carrots, Matchstick
- 1 Ea Granny Smith Apple, Julienne
Dressing for Apple Slaw
- 1/2 Cup Mayo
- 2 tbsp Cider Vinegar
- 1 tbsp Whole Grain Mustard
- 1/2 tsp Celery Seed
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Ground Black Pepper
- Prepare the Beer Battered Pollock Fillets according to the package instructions.
- In a bowl, combine all dressing ingredients. Whisk until combined. Add the slaw ingredients and mix. Refrigerate until needed.
- Lay out the toasted bottom buns of the slider. Add a slice of cheddar cheese and bake in the oven for 1-2 minutes, or until the cheese has melted.
- Next, add approximately 1/4 cup of slaw. To each slider bun, add one fully cooked Beer Battered Pollock Portion and top with the other half of the bun.
- Serve with your favorite side dish!
